Terry is a professional engineer who graduated from Memorial University with a Bachelor of Engineering Degree (Civil) in 1994.

Throughout his career Terry has gained a wealth of experience in the fabrication, modularization, and project management fields. His understanding of what it takes to effectively plan and execute large-scale fabrication projects and manage facilities comes from his extensive involvement within fabrication operations both locally and in Western Canada.

Terry has held senior management roles locally and with Flint Infrastructure and Pyramid Corporation in Alberta and applies that skillset and management philosophy in his current role as Talon's President.

Greg is a professional engineer who graduated from Memorial University with a Bachelor of Engineering Degree (Mechanical) in 1992.

Throughout his career Greg has gained a tremendous amount of domestic and international experience in the oil and gas industry. An extensive technical background in the engineering, construction, and commissioning areas has served him well for subsequent senior management roles on large-scale projects.

Greg has held various roles within projects such as Hibernia and Terra Nova as well as several years of Commissioning Management experience based in Southeast Asia. He brings this valuable knowledge and experience with him in fulfilling his day to day role as Talon's Vice-President.

Born and raised in St. John’s, Susan obtained a Bachelor of Nursing degree in 1997 and is currently working on obtaining an MBA with an expected completions date of 2011. She worked for twelve years in the Pharmaceutical Industry as a Territory Manager until January 2010, when she joined Talon Energy Services as Operations Manager. Susan possesses a strong background in sales and marketing and is responsible for business development, human resources and the day to day operations.

Paul was born, and raised, in Calgary, Alberta, and he fully embraces the pioneer spirit that grows so freely in the prairies.

As a businessman for 20+ years, Paul understands with first-hand accountability, the importance of hiring the right staff. "Choosing the right candidate can make all the difference to a company, especially with key positions", he says.

As a recruiter, Paul takes the time to understand each company’s particular needs, as well as their corporate culture. He explains, "The right 'Fit' is about a lot more than simple experience and education; requirements are an obvious reality, but recruiting at the highest level is about finding a candidate with the right personality and long term aspirations as well."
